My Best Friend Jan passed away on the 21st same day my step dad passed just 3 years later same thing too.. tomorrow is her funeral its going to be strange I miss her so much already! Its crazy cuz I cant believe shes gone,

Elaina is going to be 5 in just a few days, I cant believe how big she is getting Christmas is just around the corner as well.

My sister Aly and her son live with me now for those of you reading that dont know her son is almost 2 so they have been with me for a while

we are waiting for Manitoba housing to give us a 4 bedroom its been a long wait though, but we will keep waiting, I graduated high school almost 2 years ago now as well. Aly is next she should be done in June

no plans for me to go back to school or work yet been thinking about it though, just gotta work around it I guess, been trying to have another baby for a while now it doesnt seem to be working to well though! I hope God gives me another chance to be a mother again sometime soon!

I hope to try and update this more in the days to come there is so much I can post I dont even know where to start with it....

so its going to be slow coming but Please keep checking back

The last few months at our house has been hectic, Elaina is growing so fast its unbelievable. She speaks so well its crazy, I love you mommy. Kitties, where are you? where are you kitties. shes is learning her colours very well loves to sing twinkle twinkle lil star. Pretty soon Elaina is going to have to settle down with a babysitter during the day, Thankfully since I cant find daycare anywhere near our place right now, my friends that live in the next building beside me (same housing unit though) well they have a daughter who is 2 (turned 2 in sept) and they as well have a 6m old girl, so elaina is going to have to learn to share and play nice, I hope she is really well to thouse kids!!! I start school Feb 4th,, Im so excited I hope this all works out and I will be able to do a semester of school and get that done. I feel like im not doing anything with my life, Ive been trying to potty trian elaina shes ready she will sit on the potty and everything knows what its for, she just wont let herself go, im sure once she does this once or twice we should be on the right step, the lil girl at the sitters is learning so I hope elaina will learn from being around her! anyways here are a few pics sorry I dont update this thing that often, facebook has taken over my life hahahaa

Hi everyone well with - 27 (with the shield) I think winter has decided to come and stay for a while, I hope that its not to cold out this winter. I believe Elaina will have a blast this winter, shes likes to eat the snow already, lol gotta make sure she doesnt eat any yellow snow lol. she likes her ski pants right now so thats good, she doesnt like that she cant really walk though. We had to go to the store today to get some milk, so we bundled right up!!! I NEED LONG JONS lol its freakin cold and I believe I have past that age of just going out in a sweater the only thing I forgot for Elaina was her scarf around her face but other then that she was nice and toastie lol, I will get it together hehehehe we hope!

Well this is the best I could do to get an updated picture of Elaina. Im sorry I havent updated with pics of Elaina or of pics of my new place, but I cant find my cord for my camera to upload the pics, Anyways my camera is having a fit and I cant turn it on very well at all anymore not even with my neeth. So on Keyras Wish List And Anyone Else That Wants To See Pics Of Elaina hahahaha I want a new good camera for Chirstmas I love you all hahahahaha

Anyways things here are alright, Elaina is learning very very quickly, as she can count to 10 after me of course but is starting to walk around the house and say 26789 lol, so she is also starting to put 3 to 4 words together, I love it when she says love you! thats my fave!!!

Well I just wanted to let everyone know (that doesnt know already) that Elaina and I have found a new home, I guess you can say that the place found us. I applied for Manitoba Housing in July. I had my intake interview in aug on my birthday. anyways when I was in Hamilton visiting Robyn and everyone else hehee, I got the phone call that they had a place for me to look at. Im glad my best friend kristy and her boyfriend paul came up the night before I left for Hamilton to watch the apartment, and then stay with me until now..... well they took the message and called me right away, of course it was friday evening now so I had to wait until the Monday morning to give them a call back, I explained my situation, cuz your only supposedly aloud 3 days to call them back go see the place and decided if you want it or not. otherwise they move on to the next person. So I was able to set up an appt to go see the place the day I after I came home, since we didnt fly in til 7pmish. Well I went and saw this place with my mom, and its a really neat place, I really hope I like it when im all moved in. anyways am moving into there this saturday, I got movers and I forgot to tell them a couple things that I have, so I dont know what im gonna do about that right now, I hope they will let me move it in the truck. but they will be here at my apartment between 8 and 9am saturday morning, so I hope it will all go fast and before I know it I will be in my new home, I get my phone, cable and internet back up that same day, they will be at my apartment between 4 and 8p, that night.

right now im having a really hard time packing I only have 3 more days to have everything packed and right now I think Im a little over half way down, my apatment is such a mess that I dont even know what I need to pack its hard!!! Im pretty much doing this all on my own so Im very stressful about things. Andrew said that he would take Elaina for the weekend of the move I really hope that he doesnt back down on me otherwise I really dont know what im goona do.
pray that I get this all done, and Im able to come back to my old apartment on monday to clean it up for my friend Luke to move in the next day,

Trip to Hamilton And Niagra Falls

Well for those of you who didnt know I went to Hamilton to Visit family and meet Baby Isaiah. The flight there I hated it, I didnt even want to get back on the plane to come home. It was my first time flying, and I was scared and my ears didnt pop all at so my head felt like it was gonna blow up, I felt sick the whole 2 hours, I kept having to go to the bathroom cuz I just had the sweats so bad. Although comming back wasnt as bad, my ears kept popping really really bad, felt like I had a heart beat in my ear, the way it sounded.Lookie I went to experience the taste of Ikea!!! We went the morning the day before I was gonna head back home. Wow thats an amazing place, I wish they would move Ikea here, but I have heard that the Ikea company wont be setting up in Winnipeg until we reach a million people, so it this is true people start moving here please!!!!!!
Dont you just love how the falls look. Me, Mom, Elaina, and Aly went to Niagara falls for a night, we looks around the falls a little and went to a few of the shops up the hill it was nice, wouldnt mind saving a lot of money and go there for a few days and checking out all the things there is to offer.

My Weekend

My weekend was so much fun, My friend Kandace came in from Kenora for our buddy Dereks birthday party, so she kidnapped me for the weekend, hehehe sorta. Anyways I stayed at Dereks with her, and we partied all weekend but well enough we all never had a hang over both nights we had drinks :D Mom were u sick at all??? here are a couple pics from the weekend oh yeah I got I got the most beautiful tattoo for my nanny this weekend, its all not done yet but that piece of it is, You see most of you know I have a tattoo on my chest of a rose in a cross, well I want to connect the rose and my new tattoo together, to make it into a necklace, ITs going to be the best when I am done! I love you so much Nanny, Miss you!!!

Hi everyone I was at my auntys the other day trying to figure out her computer , its all in french! and I had to change it all to english, and then had to install somethings for her, but took me two days but I figure it out. so to check out and see if her all in one printer worked we used a pic of Elaina and I . So any of you that havent see it here it is! Enjoy, I have more I just need to bring them here to scan them.
Oh yeah I called Andrew the other day to ask him if he could take Elaina for a night this weekend, he told me maybe depends on the weather cuz he has to do some work outside, and then the next day I called him and told him that it said its going to rain on sunday, he still said maybe he didnt know yet, so I let him talk to Elaina for a bit. About an hour afterwards, he called me back and said that he would take Elaina! I was so surprised I was for sure he would say no cuz thats all hes been telling me! but he said yes, I crossed my fingers until he came and picked up Elaina today! I figured he wouldnt be here until around 5ish, but no he came just before 2pm, WOW he did it, now lets see if it will become often! wish Elaina luck

Hello everyone, I know been a while again eh. Well with this warm weather we have been having I have been outside a lot, doing alot of walking... Well this picture above I know is a dark on but its of my cousin Vanessa, well this blog is going to be about her. On Thursday she went to Brandon for a Compaction for her school, and her cooking class. We anyways I went with her, Auntie Polly, and Anthony. The rest of the crew went in another car. Let me tell you that was an interesting 2 hours there and back! On our way there we had to pull over and put water in the van. it so over heated!

This is the finished product up on top here, let me tell you it was so so yummy. There was like ice cream in the middle of that white thing.... a ma range (did I spell that right?) They had two hours to make 31 dishes, but they were aloud to bring 50% of the product finished when they got there.

they ended up getting 2ed for there dish. (L-R. Chris, Josh, Vanessa, and there teacher Miss. Shaw)

This is a pic of all three dishes. Top left, is from a school here in Winnipeg. The top Right is Vanessa's school Tech Voc. And then the bottom one is Brandon's school. They got first place but look there ice cream melted all over it was between the two pieces of chocolate,
Down below is a different angle for ya, I tried the 3rd place team and I didn't like it at all, the stuff in the middle of that fence chocolate. didn't taste good at all, it just seemed like it didn't cook, or set long enough, but everyone had a good effort.

Then down below again is a pic of the whole team. (I really dont know what happened to the picture, nothing was on Vanessa face!)

And of course I cant do up a post with out putting a pic of Elaina up. This was her laying on my bed watching t.v and eating corn pops. I just turned around to her and told her to smile and so she did, but I didn't know she had a mouth full of corn pops. hehehehe.

Hi everyone! I hope everyone is doing great with this wonderful weather we are having now! The last week has been a really hard one!!!! Elaina has been sick with the tummy flu, and double ear infections. and then a few days after that she had a reaction to the amoxicillin and that made her have a rash all over her body and then get a really bad yeast infection. poor little one she had a fever for almost a week, I had to change her diaper like every 15 minutes, poor girl. but I went back to the dr. and her ear infection was gone so we were able to stop the meds she was on and teat the yeast infection. she is starting to feel better today, Oh yeah! and she pooped in the big potty tonight!!! yeah!! Anyways I put up some cute pics that were taken in the last day or two

Oh yes and with the cosmo pic, Cant you tell my girl is going to be a big girly girl. She also holds her hands out all nice when you want to cut her nails lol. OH we are having lots of fun lately she is learning so many words, she loves to give kisses and hugs
but I have to go and run now. I have some cleaning to do tonight before I want to relax. I hope everyone is enjoying spring!

HI Everyone! here are some pics for you! Mainly for you Robyn as you have been the one on my ass to go update my blog. There has just been so much happening with life that I havent really had the time to update! Elaina is learning a lot really fast now, we have brought out the potty and started sorta on that, This morning she took her clothes off (she has learned that one good now) and then she took her diaper off, and she went running into the hall and started to pee on the floor, she laughted and looked down and pointed to me what she has done, and then she ran away. She says Cat, Whats that, I do, Yeah , and a few other words but I cant think right now lol. She now runs doesnt walk lol. thats really cute, but not so cute when she has something in her hands that Im trying to take away from her and she runs down the hall with it and they go flying all down the hall (She did this with pony ties a pack of 300)
Anyways I have to run for now, I dont know what the monster is into, but it doesnt sound to good! lol

Hi Everyone! Im really sorry it has taken me so long to update! I have had a house guest for the past month (my friend drew) we were going to move in with eachother but I dont think that its gonna happen now. I live to far out for him and he doesnt work at the moment so I dont think I can trust him to get a job and help me out. I love the boy to pieces though! Elaina and I are doing very well on our own. Andrew is going to be staying with us for a couple days while he gets his car painted so he can get to work easy, So far its going well Elaina is loving spending time with him! There is so much for me to update on but I dont really have time right now. So Im going to leave it at this and hope to update as soon as I can again I have more pics I just have to upload them and my computer has been acting up a lot lately!

hi everyone I have a few more pics but I cant really get to them right now, I just wanted to update really fast, I have a friend from out of town in this week, so this week is gonna be really busy, its her birthday tomorrow!!! what do you think of my new hair colour, its the blonde, I only did the top layer of my hair blonde I think it looks good but I do have to get used to having blonde in my hair again... I hope to get another post in the next couple days, Ive been lazy and busy,.. I just want to say that my prayers are out there for Corrina, and her new challenge to learn to communicate with her family and friends, God does things for good reasons! I would love to learn sign language again, and would enjoy teaching elaina some stuff too..

Hi Everyone, I hope everything is going well with your daily lives. This In this house are a little bit diffrent but we are starting to get into the swing of things. I babysat my friends littlest one Anna the other day and Elaina had a great time! I was so impressed with her, This was the first time Elaina has seen Anna in a couple months. She was all excited to see her and was giving Anna hugs. So cute. I got a few really good pics, Elaina is holding Anna in a few of these pics!! Aww cuteness!

Here is some pics of the last couple days for you.I love this outfit on Elaina, I think she looks really cute in theres overalls.
Heres a picture of Elaina with her littles bag, She carried this thing around as soon as we got it at Value Village, it was only a $1 so I couldnt say no, She noticed it on the way, and wanted it right away. and as soon as I gave it to her she hugged it and held onto it the whloe time we were in there.

This one looks better large as well. She is walking all over the place now I dont think I have seen her even crawl in the last 3 or 4 days. Again she is holding her bag, and waving her hand walking away from me, talking away.
Isnt this outfit really cute, she got the shirt from andrew and I for christmmas and she got the pants from Tyran. and she is always walking around with her pjs or a sock (thats her all time fav. I think its just like a blanky to her)

We are back home now, from Kenora. On the way there about half way a fog came in and it was really hard to see the road. I was so freaked out the closer we got to Kenora the more fog it came to the point where we couldn't see 10 feet in front of us! You should have heard me I was scared hehee, But we made it to Kenora! Nanny was so happy when we walked in her door. She said right away to us that she was starting to worry, It took us almost three hours to get to Kenora. Normally it takes just a little under or over 2 hours. On Saturday Elaina's birth day, She started to feel sick, she was really cranky, she didn't take any naps that day. I thought she just wasn't used to the change or place. But she was getting sick! She wasnt really that interested in her birthday cake, (she went to bed right after the cake) that night Nanny let Andrew and I go out for a bit to the bar, with most of my closest friends, I had a lot of fun but by midnight I wanted to get back to Nannys I had a strange feeling Elaina was up. Even thought I told nanny to call as soon as she woke up and we would come home. (to the people that dont know nannys is only like a 3 minute drive to the bar) So after a little bit I got Andrew to leave the bar (we went to the Milli, *its not called that anymore but thats what it will be to me always, robyn you too right*) Andrew seemed to like the bar cuz it was early and the pool tables were open all night so there wasnt that many people in the bar. That night at home Elaina was up so many times! The next day she was still really cranky and sick, SO that night Christmas eve, elaina didnt sleep at all, she was up for almost 3 hours just crying nanny and I didnt know what to do, I should have made andrew bring me in to the hospital that night!!!! but Christmas morning we ended up taking Elaina in to the hospital, and sure enough elaina has two ear infections and strep throat. So since we have been giving her, her meds she is getting alittle better. Hi everyone!! this is going to be a quick post as I have a lot to do today!! We are heading to Kenora today, So I wont be posting til after Christmas. But I am going to bring the camera...

Well today Elaina opened up one of her Birthday gifts, it was from Aunty Robyn! And let me tell you IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!! and Elaina hasnt even had the toy for more then 2 hours, But she is going to have so much fun with it!

This is the toy, It is called "Laugh and Learn chair"
there is so much for her to do with it, the light changes colours you can read the book on the side and it tells you all the animals on it and then theres a clock that teaches you the time, and when you sit on the chair it will sing you songs or teach you the abcs, it has a lot of stuff on it and I think it will keep her entertained for hours on end,

Thank you Aunty Robyn!!!!!!! (I guess its pay back for me! cuz I used to buy Taylor the toys that made lots of noise)

Hi Everyone Yes I know its been a while! But I didn't have any batteries for my camera to load the pics up! We have been so busy this last couple of weeks... We have a birthday to celebrate in just a few short days!!! YUP ELAINA IS TURNING ONE!!! do you know where the time has gone, I don't lol! Elaina is walking all over the place now! she will walk short distances but forget about far distances lol she knows she can get there faster when she crawls lol but that's okay she is learning very well and very fast! She is talking tones more now! She is getting into way more! as you can see she is in the cupboard she some how crawled up on to the shelf by herself and when I came in she was trying to sit up and kept bumping her head... for some reason right now she loves! to bang her head on things, as well Elaina has learned to put Andrews shorts on her head!! lol she is learning how to dress herself a little bit! oh yes and I put a pic of me up there cuz I dyed my hair again, its pretty normal its light brown (that's what it said on the box) but its like a brown/red colour but I like it, Anyways need to run for now. have a good day everyone!

Can you tell it is crazy bath time, with two one year olds. I cant believe elaina is going to be one in just 15 days!!! And Peter is really 16months. Elaina is smacking Peter in the face and Peter was just letting her do it, she she doesnt want to listen to me now! Let me just in form you that my camera is almost dead. Hello Everyone! How have things been down on your end of the neck of woods? Things here have been pretty busy! I haven't really been able to sleep well lately as I've been thinking about money, bills, birthdays, and Christmas. Anyways I typed out this very long blog last night and just as I was about to finish it my explore crashed on me! I was so mad, so now im back to square one this morning.

This past weekend Tyran took Elaina, and that gave me time to get the house all cleaned up, I even got to mop the floors.(well get down on my hands and knees) Then on monday I was on the daycare site for manitoba looking up daycares around my area to call, even home daycares. Im looking through them looking through them then I found one! It was great, the lady just lived like a 2 minute walk up the street here, she had a opening for Jan 1/07 and it was for an infant. So I called this lady up everything sounded so wonderful. Then she asks me if Im looking for subsidy. I tell her yes of course. And she says to me well I dont think I want to take on anymore kids with subsidy I have a couple kids like that already and I dont want to deal with anymore at this time. I got so mad, it was just perfect!!! Until those words were said. So I looked on the site a little more I e-mailed a few places as well as called a couple (Im not to good on the phone with strangers) So Elaina is on a couple of waiting lists now. I should be giving a few more places a call.

Then on Tuesday, I was chatting with my sister Robyn on the computer when Elaina came crawling into my room then over to the laundry basket. Of course she took everything out of the basket and then the next thing I know she is sitting inside the basket. So I started to laugh, next thing I know She is laughing as well and everytime I looked at her she wound bend her head down (thinking I could not see her if she could not see me) and pop her head back up and start to laugh. It was really entertaining for a while she was having fun playing by herself. Then later on in the day after Andrew went to work. Elaina was playing with the phone pressing buttons saying "dadadadadaa" I look at her and ask her "Now who are you trying to call Elaina?" She looked right back at me and said "dad" and went back to work pressing numbers! It was really really cute!

Next day is wed. Just a few minutes after Andrew left out the door for work. I went up to Elaina took the toy she had in her had, (she didnt make a fuss about it) and I went a few steps away from her and told her to come and get her toy. At this point she was standing and looking at me then the toy, all of a sudden she was WALKING towards me not holding on to a thing just WALKING by herself let me tell you I got excited! so I gave her the toy when she got to me. Then I stepped back a little bit more and told her to "Come give mommy a hug." so what does my little girl do WALKS to me again! this time she fell into me and gave me a really big hug and started to laugh. I called just about everyone I could think of! I was so excited. My baby doesnt seem like a baby to me anymore at all. Then at supper time I was feeding her some babyfood. (she doesnt eat that stuff to much anymore) and when she was deciding she was finished I said what the heck kid here feed yourself.And I walked away, I could hear her having fun in the kitchen and when I came back in Wow let me tell you what a mess I had! But I knew that one was going to happen. It was all in her hair, it was all over the walls and everywhere else you could think of. she had the spoon in her hand still and she dipped it into her bowl (that didnt have much of anything left in it) and then brought the spoon to her mouth, Yea she is getting the concept of eating on her own Im so proud of my little girl she doesnt seem like a baby to me at all anymore she is getting to be a big girl. Doing her own thing, she has her own little personality now its amazing! I cant believe in just a few short fast coming weeks she will be one already!! This year has gone by so fast! You really dont know how fast life comes at you until you have a child of your own. Anyways Im going to go and play with Elaina for a little bit! I hope this update does wonders for you!

Alright Every one, How are you doing today? Well this weekend I will be watching my friends little girl for her. She has a friend in from out of town that she hasnt spent time with in a while. She was going to go see her Dad but plans for that feel through.

Alright so I think I need to get Andrews ass in gear now to fix this computer so then I can get pictures up, Maybe then I will start posting more blogs, like pictures just make a post! dont you think?

So yesterday was Halloween, I hope everyone had a blast! I never took Elaina out, I was going to but then decided when we got this snow that I didnt like the idea that much and I dont really agree with trick or treating. We teach our children to never take candy from a stranger. But then on Halloween its alright to let our children go up to a strangers house and ask for candy??

But last night my aunty called me and asked me to come over to vist her and some people at her friends daughters place, So I got Elaina all ready, she was just down the street a little bit only a three minute walk . When I got there she said to me, and why arnt you taking that little girl trick or treating? I just told her that it was cold outside and I didnt really see the point this year she is to young. So I looked at my cousin and said you can take Elaina out if you want, So she put some ear things on Elaina and took her up and down the town houses.

So all in all I guess last night wasnt that bad, we got to spend some time with my aunt and cousins, I miss hanging out with them, I dont really get to see them that much now that Im in Windsor Park. But I still love living where I am now!

Now on to Elaina! She is getting the standing thing down really good now! and she has also learned to get onto the big couch, well at least when I am on it and she can grab my shirt but she makes her way up on her own. She is getting into everything and anything now stands up and trys to grab everything off on tables and such. Takes out all the DVD's and XBox games Its so funny and cute but at the same time a pain in the butt cuz its just more cleaning for me. I think I may try to start teaching her to put her toys away when she is done. But most of the time I put them away when she has gone to sleep or a nap.
Oh yes and yesterday she woke up and said "Peter" Thats her little buddy that she always plays with! It was really cute and she says it really clear.

Anyways Im going to order something for lunch I really dont feel like making anything.
I know Im going to catch crap from Andrew but hey I will just leave him a piece or two, maybe then I wont get into trouble lol

Well its been a while since I have updated I know. I got the computer from matt and Veronica this past weekend. Thank you again you guys. But for some reason something is not working right so I still haven't been able to put pictures up I have lots too. This past week I have been at my friend Vicki's place. Im enjoying being around her and her kids all the time. Elaina has a friend and I as well have a good friend. Peter and Elaina play with each other all the time. Its so cute they even give each other kisses and hugs. I have been able to give some of Elaina's clothes to Vicki for Anna she is suck a cutie pie! Today when Tyran dropped off Elaina she came in and had some coffee with me. Ended up spending the afternoon with me while Elaina took a nap, I was able to talk to her about church and how I want to start to attend one and get Elaina baptized and I got to ask her if she would like to be Elaina's GodMother. She was so happy and said yes of course!
Thats about what has been going on down in this end. We had snow for only a day, But boy did we have snow!

OH Yes, Tonight when Elaina woke up and saw Peter (Vicki, Peter and Anna are spending the night) She got all excited and she stood on her own for a good minute!!! It was so exciting!!

As well before I Ieave for all of you who I have told that I need to get new homes for my kitties, I have found one. My cousin wants the little male kitten, and her roommate loves my older female cat so she is going to take her. Im happy at least that they will still have a home together!!!

Hi Everyone!
This week has gone by so quickly! I'm not that sure where it went lol. Elaina and I went to the moms group on Wed. Spent some time with Corrina and Janie! Thanks again for having us over after the group Janie! You have a wonderful place. Its pretty big!
The other day Elaina walked down the hallway with her little walker. She was laughing away!! I think if she keeps trying as hard as she is to walk, Im sure it wont be to long before she is walking! Wed. night we (Elaina and I) stayed over at my friend Vicki's place. I never got home until late thursday night.
Oh yea Elaina had a doctors apt on tuesday and she has a ear infections but other then that she is doing great. He said that I can start to give her 3% milk. Thats good! It would be a lot cheaper!
So we are off to Kenora this weekend to vist my dad. I will post something up after when we get back.

Hi everyone!

Wow, has it ever been a while since I updated last. Robyn has been on my butt all week for an update. I just havent gotten around to it yet.
Most of our stuff is unpacked and in its place now! My bedroom is a mess though. I still have to put some stuff away in Elaina's room and hang a couple of things up in there as well. Elaina wasnt taking the move very well the first couple days. But she is also getting to the age where they have seperation anxity (sorry if I spelled it wrong). So Tyran took her for a few days and so far since Elaina came back home she was all excited to see and play with her toys. Also was looking around and crawling around the place a little more. I hope she gets settled in soon.
I went for a walk on thursday and noticed Im not that far from the SouthDale area. It only takes me like 10 minutes to walk there, So that is nice, theres a Zellers then, Tons of places to eat. safeway, Canadian Tire. This week we have a confrince to go to. (fridaynight) So I hope I will learn something there. I have been really thinking about going back to work. I miss working so much, I want to go to school as well. but for some reason I want to go back to work more. So if anyone that has kids and has went back to work after having them. Please help me out!!! I have no idea on going about this!!!!

But Elaina is having her nap right now and I would like to get the kitchen cleaned up. As well im doing a couple loads of laundry! (Its so nice to have a laundry room on this floor)!!! I will tell you more about this place later.

well here is just a quick post.

today, Janie and Corrina came over for a play date! We had fun chatting and playing with the girls!! I have a pic, so I hope to get things up and running soon! Then Tyran came to pick up Elaina for the evening. She also took me to the LC to get some boxes, so I was able to get a few boxes from there. Then I went to the bargin shop to pick up some garbage bags. Andrew told me to see if they had some boxes there today, as they didnt the other day. I was able to get about a dozen from there. YEAH, we have enough boxes!!! So when I got back home Andrew and I started to pack, and believe it or not we managed to get EVERYTHING packed!!! Only took us 4 hours straight to pack it all. So now my house is bear looking cuz we put everything into the closet!! Tomorrow I believe we are going to move as much as we can as sunday they are transfering over my phone and everything.

Now lets just hope this all works out this weekend and I am able to get this all moved..
I will post again when im sorta settled in.

Well Tracy called me today, and informed me that she spoke with her landlord/caretaker. She told me that they agreed that I can take that apartment. She said that she was going to pick up the application (that I have to fill out) She is going to drop it off tomorrow. Then on Saturday I'm going with her to meet the caretaker and get him to sign the form that I need for assistance. They told her since I am on assistance that they would like her to co-sign for the apartment. I don't really know this woman and she said that she will co-sign for me.. So there are still a little bit to do before the place is 100% mine but she said that they said I have the place!!

So today, we started to pull everything out and organize some things while elaina was taking a nap. Andrew went to safeway and barginshop to get some boxes, He came home empty handed. We could not find any boxes anywhere. It really sucks not having a car. I am hoping to find some boxes tomorrow. I want to move out of this place as soon as I can, like the other apartment is empty already. I am so sick and tired of hearing the cop. hearing gun shots. Drunks walking around every single hour of the day!!!!

I am so excited that Elaina gets her own room. I want to make it best room ever for her! I want to find out if I can paint. (even though it was painted in april) I want to give the place a little colour! I want to paint Elaina's room Pink!! I want to get her the princess canapee for around her crib!

I dont really know how to pack! I dont know what I have to keep out. I dont know if I should just pack everthing cuz it will need to be packed. I dont know! its so confusing!!

Anyways thats what I have been up to....... I will hope to update soon!

hi everyone,
Sorry it has taken me so long to update. Im just so lost with updates when I don't have a pictures to post.

Well this past week has been a little crazy. Andrew is still home from work, Will be for another week. So this accident has put him out of work for three weeks.. He has been looking for another car online but is not having the greatest luck with it.

We have all been sick this week as well. Tummy Flu! We thought it was food poisoning, when Andrew was the only one that was sick. And then Thursday Elaina and I started to get sick as well. Wow Friday was a very hard day. I don't remember the last time I felt that sick. I couldn't even take care of my daughter... So I was glad Andrew was home that day. Today though Im feeling better, so far.

On another note. Im apartment hunting!!! It is so hard, cuz Im trying to find a two bedroom for cheap but in a better area then I am in.. I was talking to my grandma about this on Thursday afternoon and she said that she was going to talk to my uncle and see if he knew of anything, and to ask him old landlord if he had anything. She called me back that night and asked me if I wanted to live in Windsor Park. And asked if I could afford $540+hydro. That is cutting it close if Andrew decides he wants to get a place on his own. We have been talking about it lately. But I budgeted my money and I would be able to afford this place, but I would have to cut down on my internet and cable. Fine I will do that for Elaina's well being. This is in a very nice area. Its pretty there. There are trees around unlike where I live that is just depressing the way it looks.. It is quite as I wouldn't not hear any firetrucks, police, or ambulances. That might take some time to get used to.
This lady that has this place just moved in with my uncle. She even picked me up yesterday to go and see this place. It is very big!!! She said that she was going to leave two couches and a kitchen table and there is a dresser. And she told me she can get me another dresser as I don't have a dresser at the moment. There are double the cupboard space in the kitchen!!! Closets EVERYWHERE! I love that one too. There is even a closet for the broom and what not!! She told me that she would pay the rent for this month. And I would start paying in Oct. She said that she would leave the damage deposit and I would just pay her back for it when I can.and she also said that she would give me the keys right away so if I want to move in right away I can.
SO I told her I love the place!!! She is going to get a hold of the caretaker and what not for me so then he can sign some paper work I need to have done. Then its up to me to fight with assistance to let me take this apartment!!!! But I have so many things I can tell them about getting me out of this place as soon as I can! OH yeah. There is a church just a little three min walk from the apartment. I have been thinking about going back to church lately and that would be perfect. There are two daycares just walking distance from the place as well, and there is a park just behind the apartment!

Anyways Im going to go for now. Im going to be busy this week trying to get this all together and ok for me to move then. So please pray for me to get this place. I need all the help I can get!!!

To let everyone know, Elina is sick again. Or maybe she is just teething again. Poor littl girl.
Last Saturday night, Andrew got into a car accident. Someone rear ended him. He was pulling into get gas, and had to wait for some chick to cross the street. when all of a sudden Andrew looked up to see head lights and some one crashed into him. So yeah we dont have a car anymore!! Andrew,has a really sore neck, back, and all over every where else. Poor guy. He went to the doctor yesterday and he told Andrew has whiplash really badly!!! So he is off of work right now. I think this next month is going to be really long!!!

Very busy month!!
Right now Andrew is not in work. We have to move this month. Well find a place and move for Oct 1st. I'm trying to find a Daycare to send Elaina to during the day, so then I can go back to school.. I really wish and hope it works out because I want to go back to school and finish my grade 12.

Anyways Im going to get going I have to clean some bottles for Elaina before I go to bed. OH YEAH! Last night I put her to bed at 8:30pm and she never woke up for a bottle til 7 in the morning.

OH ya my friend Vicki had her baby sunday night Aug 20th at 11:46pm GIRL 8lbs 4 (or 8) oz. (the new Daddy told us 8.8 after the birth then the next day said 8.4 so im not sure until I talk with vicki lol. oh yeah she was 21inches long too... I CANT WANT TO MEET HER. Im waiting until they get out of the hospital to go vist them at home. Im sure tons of people have been up to vist so...

Sorry no pics today, something is wrong with my computer. I think its at its wits end. the USB port is not working.

Elaina started to cut a tooth. I guess she cut it the other day when she was with the sitter. she now she has this little sharp tooth starting to peak its way through. Elaina has also been very talkative the last couple days.....

My birthday the other day was so wonderful. I didnt do much Tyran came and picked up Elaina around noon so I had the whole afternoon to myself. So what did I do. SLEEP!!! Then around 5 ish my friend Veronica called and I went to meet her....
Andrew, Veronica, and I went out for supper. Had a really good drink!!! and a wonderful supper. nice $30 a person meal! Then we just went to say hi to a friend... it was her due date on my birthday and today when I was speaking with her she still hasnt had her little girl yet. So Peter still is not a big brother yet.... poor girl has been pregnant pretty much for two years.. Peter just turned one on Aug 2. we were going to go to a movie but then I decided I just wanted to relax and hang out with Vikie and Jon.......

Other then that not to to much is new...... not yet..........

Well sorry everyone for not updating. Not much has happened. Elaina is saying Da Da now so cute. not to sure if I said that on here yet. She has met her first love now :) hehehee Our friends son is a year old his name is Peter and Elaina is just in love with him. She grabs him and gives him kisses. He is walking and encouraging her to try it too. The other day they were playing and she tried to walk behind him. She let go of the couch and tried to follow him. If they keep playing together I wounldnt be surprised she will be walking soon enough. She also was playing with the toys at his place and decided she only wanted to play with cars. I think I might have a tom boy on my hands. but thats okay I loved monster trucks and turtles.

okay so If you know me, At least the old me.. I never cleaned!! I hated it!! Now that I'm growing up and have a child of my own I have been trying my hardest to keep my house clean. Its so nice for Andrew to come home and be happy becuase his house is clean.
Im starting to get this house wife stuff down. And enjoying it!

Elaina is sick today. She has had a cough for a few days now, but now her nose is stuffed up and running. Poor little girl. She sorta got sick at the Zoo a couple times too.. Ah well. What can be done right. Hahahaa
Anyways take care everyone... Oh yeah before I forget. Today when ridding in the wagon with Elaina, Taylor looks at her chewing on the side of the wagon and Tic says to her "Elaina that is not chewable dont do that." It was so funny but yet so cute!

Today we have had a pretty good day. I managed to do the dishes I had stacking up from the other night, I moved our bedroom around and started to clean that all up. I gave up for tonight and will do it sometime tomorrow! I hope before we go to the Zoo with Taylor and Jason's partents. Here's a pic of Elaina playing around I was trying to get the picture when she was kissing the Pooh Bear.

Bathtime went REALLY GREAT tonight. I went and bought Elaina some boats from the Dollar store heheee. I gave her a bath just after supper time. Since she was trying to feed herself. I told Andrew give us a few minutes of screaming I have to give her a bath. I got the bath all ready, put her toys in. Brought Elaina into the bathroom . She was standing at the tub when I took her diaper off , Elaina starting talking away right away.
She didn't cry one little tear. She chewed on here ducky almost the whole time.

Elaina has soap in here hair if you look really close. P.S. - I CLEANED HER FACE LAST HEHEE

Hey everyone....
Sorry it has taken me so long to update my blog. It has been a very busy weekend.
I'm getting very upset with myself lately at the way I eat... I have been trying to eat less..and try to eat better, it is very hard. Im glad I cant really eat candy anymore. It hurts my teeth. I go to the dentist on the 9th. I have to get a couple fillings. Then I have another apt. I dont know when it will be though I have to wait til the 9th to find out, anyways the next apt will be the cleaning. Im trying my hardest to remember to brush my teeth. Yes isnt that gross! Im trying hard on this one. ANYWAYS as well we went to Value Village (Ooh we love to shop there) Today I found two nice pair of jeans. Some Big blocks for Elaina to play with. Anyways again back to the jeans. I used to be a size 13 before I got pregnant. Just before I got pregnant I lost almost 50lbs and then I just feel like I have doubled in size since having Elaina. Im now I cant beleave Im gonna tell every single person that comes to read my blog :-S... I am now a size, depends on the cut let me remind you. Im a size 20-21!!!! OH MY GOSH!!! I cant beleve it!

Im so upset with my self these days, I think that my weight is making my depressed. I try to walk as much as I can. Its really hard though with it being so hot outside!! My friend Viki wants me to go with her to a gym six weeks after she has her baby. She is due Aug 16th (MY BIRTHDAY) but thats going to be a little while still. I hope that my Ipod Shuffle comes in the mail soon I would love to get that going and start going for walks. I hope we have a nice perfect walking weather fall. Oh I love fall.

SMILE!!!! The other day I opened the door to our bedroom and sure enough Elaina found her way in! She found a braclet that nanny gave us all at Christmas and she started to play with it. Laughing away! so I came into the room and took some pics. This little girl is into everything and anything!! As you can see she likes to play in the pampers box! Poor Big Birds head!

As you can see here she is also playing with my sandles! Formula cans are fun to play with as well!

What about Daddys Shorts that he left on the floor! SHE IS INTO EVERYTHING!!! I guess she got into the kitchen the other day and knocked over the garbage!

Then as I was typing out this blog. Look back into the kitchen she went! To the cat dish. I thought it was cute so I let her tip over the water to take a pic. and then watched her play in the water for a little bit to she decided to knock down the food as well. Dont mind my dirty floors I need to wash them really bad. I cant wait til this friday night when Bre comes to the city and gives us a baby gate her mom is giving us. So that would mean that we are only going to be looking for ONE more for the closet. So far so good she hasnt tried to get into there. As soon as she notices the cat go in there Im done for!!!!

So... I said that I was going to update you on how supper was. We it was GREAT! So filling I coulnt even finish it all. We are going to have left overs for a while thought. It wasnt spicy at all. Thats about the only thing it was missing was some spice. Andrew put like 4 hot sauce packs from taco bell it in lol. Remember anyone that wants the recipe tell me and I will e-mail it to ya.

Anyways I think she might be teething so that would explain her crankiness ah well welcome to motherhood right lol. Tonight we are trying out a recipe called "Taco Soup" I got it from the moms and babies group that Janie and I have been going to. I won it as a door prize all I needed to make it was ground beef and an onion, everything else was in the bag. So we will try it out and tell you about it. and if you want the recipe just ask and I will send it your way.

Today I Went to the beach with my cousins and aunty. we had a lot of fun. I got to go into the water I LOVED IT. Birds Hill Park is really nice too.
I had a lot of fun, I put sunscreen on but I still burnt!
Elaina was with the sitter today so it was nice to have some time away from her to get into the water all the way.
I miss her thought!

here are some pics I took of elaina and I after our nap this afternoon. The heat must have gotten to me (even thought I wasnt in the heat for very long) but all of a sudden when we got home all I could do was lay down. I put elaina in her crib gave her a bottle and layed on the couch. I must have fallen alseep really really fast cuz usually I go in and take her bottle from her as soon as she falls alseep. but I didnt this time and when I went in to wake her up at 6:30 she was sticky all over all in her hair all down her chest and back. all over her crib sheets. I didnt even get my laundry down that now NEEDS to be done tomorrow cuz elaina is sleeping on her last set of clean sheets. hehee. I cant believe I just passed out like that. But then again I didnt get much sleep last night. Im on my way to bed now!!! Have a good evening everyone, *if anyone looks at my blog tonight* everyone else. have a good morning or afternoon

So Im starting to play around with my camera. I even have a spot in my purse for it to come all the time. Lets see how long that will last.... anyways. heres some pics I took for the crap of it. Andrew and I got some time together to spend last night. As we were walking into the mall to see if we could find ear rings for Andrew Viki and Johnny drove up beside us. So we ended up in there car with air con. Trying to think what we could do toghether, they tried to get into see a movie but it was sold out already. So together we pondered up going to the drive in. Is that ever neat! I liked going its just to late for me to do. I got so tired. We went and saw. Super Man and Click. It was way! cheaper then going to the theater and much better I would not mind going to the drive in a couple times this summer. $8 a person or $20 per car load. and you get to see two movies I think thats a pretty good deal.
Anyways not to sure what we are up to today. So I might stop in with more pic!!

Well I decided to check and see if my camera worked with out the card in it. Thanks Sophie for telling me about that!. Here is Elaina trying to feed herself. Look at how much she has changed since Christmas Morning 2 days old! 2005! to June 20/05 a couple days shy of 6 months.

Since Im not able to take pics at the moment on my camera.. I dont know why.. Im going to use some pics from when Elaina was frist Born, With you Sophie due any day now and me knowing how scary but exciting it is to give bruth!! And now the news about Sue and Dave just learning that they are going to have another wee one... I have to sit back and think. I cant believe Elaina is 6 months old already! Starting to crawl! Starting to eat more big people food!! learning to walk when holding her hands, trying to talk, and giving you big smiles all throught out the day.....

ELAINA STARTED TO CRAWL!!!!!!!!!!! NOT MUCH BUT STARTIGN TOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well Im in Kenora at the moment and I had totally forgot that my aunt that he internet. She just lives up stairs from my dad so I came up to update the blog. Anyways Yesterday we woke up at 7am to go to my grandmothers to come to kenora so elaina went to sleep on the way to kenora for about an hour. then the other hour she was awake, she played all day. My poor dad he has been so excited to see Elaina so when we got her I went to give her to him and she started to scream!!! but he has a big beard so we got him to shave the beard off and now she will go to him. anyways back to my story I tried my hardest to get elaina to go down for a nap all day yesterday so then we went for a car ride cuz I knew she would sleep through that, so she slept for about half and hour there. and then when I went to put her to bed she would not go everytime she feel alseep I went to put her in her playpen and she would wake up right away!!! so we went down to have waterfront to go and see fire works I ran into some ppl and talked with then and elaina still didnt go to sleep!!!!! she finally fell alseep in the car on the way home and then again she woke up as soon as I put her in her playpen so by the time she went to bed it was 1am and she had to sleep in bed with me then she tried to wake up at 6:30 this morning she stayed up til 7:15 and then went back to sleep til 8:30 today she is napping well I gotta go and put her to bed in a min.
Oh yeah she ate my ice cream cone last night lol that was so so cute and then today she stole my watermellon lol........ oh well as long as she is eatting right.

Hello Everyone in blogging land.
Today was a really nice day. I had a lot of fun Janie. Well for everyone else my day went like this. Elaina got up around 9 this morning, singing away playing in her crib. Lovely way to wake up :) Vanessa and her roomate Savanna came over this morning to type up some resumes and send them to there e-mails to go and print out as I dont have a printer. (But Aunty Polly has one as her comp died on her, and might borrow it to me:)love you polly) So they stayed for a while until Janie and Corrina came and picked Elaina and I up for a moms group. I had a lot of fun at that group today, for all waiting for Elaina's doctors apointment tomorrow to see how much she weights. Here's a sneek peek at it. she is 18lbs something she kept moving around so we are guessing 18lbs 2oz but I will find out for 100% tomorrow.
Anyways, I won the door prize Im guessing I donno. They put all our names in a tin and my name got pulled. So I recieved a recipe and some food to make the recipe So maybe tomorrow before I leave to go to Kenora on friday I will make if for supper.
Well my grandmother called me tonight and told me she is not sure if we are comming down in the afternoon on friday or if we are going to wait until saturday morning. So I will keep you updated on those dates.
Jason told me that the chip I have in my camera is fried so I wont have a camera until I get a new one. He told me he is going to look and see if He can get me a new one. Thanks Jason. Im sure Robyn will get at you about it as she is the one always asking me "So When are you updating your blog keyra" lol.
but we are just watching some movies so I have to run for now.

hey everyone,
hows your day going so far?
Well today I went and got my hair cut this morning. Not cut that much just a trim, layer, and thinned out! it feels so much better now. I hope my headackes go away now!!! Then when I got home I put Elaina down for a nap and decided to bake some muffins and cookies! Thanks Janie for the bananna recpie that you posted a while back. I tired them out today and love them! I added peanuts. Sorry Taylor you cant try these ones :) so I made two batches of them. Elaina woke up when I was finishing up the secound batch. Then it was off to Bananna/strawberry bread muffins. They turned out pretty good. I also made two batches of them too. But the secound one I put chocolate chips on the top of them. I went and bought chocolate chips and forgot about them so thats why they are just on the top but they turned out good. So I packed them all up in butter containers and ice bucket and Im going to take some of them with me to Kenora. Im looking forward to going to Kenora as I want to go swimming so much hehehee.
This morning I had a bath with Elaina to see if she would do better that way but she still freaked out when her face/hair got wet. Get this but she loves to go swimming at the pool. I dont understand my little girl

HAhaha, look at her.... she is eatting a hog dog bun!!!
You see on Monday when we went to my aunts for a bbq I was making a hot dog and holding elaina well she stole the hot dog bun from me and ate it!!
So I had bought hot dog buns for our smokes last night well andrew never usded them all so I gave her one today when I was finishing up the 2 layer cake I made.
The cake turned out ok I wanted to put starberrys in the center and I went to blend them a little bit and ended up blending for to long so that was runny and hen I didnt make the iceing thick enought! OH well it was a test I dont really know how to bake or cook to to much! I will tell you how it taistes when andrew and I have it after supper tonight,
